I am writing to share my concerns regarding the Tuesday, October 14, BC Supreme Court ruling against the City of Victoria by-law which prohibits camping in city parks by homeless people.
The citizens of Victoria will not stand passively by and watch our public parks degenerate into crime-ridden camp grounds, putting public health and natural habitats at risk.

Lynn Hunter and her partner, Don Armstrong at the MS Bike Tour of the Cowichan Valley August 16 and 17. Along with 300 other cyclists they helped raise $340,194 for research and for support services for people living with multiple sclerosis.
